One-Year Limited Warranty

Cougar Golf is fully committed to the performance and durability of our products.  We provide a one-year, limited warranty from the date of original purchase on all new retail equipment purchased from an authorized Cougar Golf dealer.  We warrant all our products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship during normal use.  This is contingent upon the product having not been abused, altered, misused, or damaged through the act or neglect of the consumer. (Note: Cougar Golf products bought under the Australian and European trademarks are not covered by this warranty.)
 
In many cases, the retailer from which the product was purchased will offer a 90-day warranty.  We have provided them with an allowance for all Cougar Golf products, in the event that a defect exists.  For the first 90 days after purchase, the retailer is obligated to exchange the product for the same item.  If you have any difficulties, concerns or questions with this, you are welcome to contact us (see below).
 
After the 90-day in-store warranty has expired, the product must be returned to Cougar Golf, at which time we will inspect the defective item.  If it is approved for replacement, a new one will be promptly shipped to the consumer at our expense.  If not, a detailed explanation will be provided.  If Cougar Golf is unable to replace it with the same product due to availability or discontinuation, a substitute will be offered with like components or like products.  In the rare case that no substitution is available, Cougar Golf will issue a credit for the value of the product.  This credit will be valid for one year from the date of issue.  We do not give refunds.
 
To obtain the benefits of this warranty, you must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by calling our toll-free Customer Service number at 1-866-664-0016, or by sending an email to Contact@CougarGolfUSA.com.  Proof of purchase is required.  The consumer is responsible for shipping charges to return the defective product. For faster service, clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the carton.
